From the very beginning, we support you and take over the project responsibility with our step-by-step plan, which includes five project phases. You can continue to concentrate on your day-to-day business while we implement or prepare the desired QM system requirements (also environmental, energy, HSE or other management systems).
Using the example of a QM system according to DIN EN ISO 9001, the project phases would look as follows:
Definition of the approach and objectives, review already existing documentation, structuring of the quality management system, creation of action plan.
Analysis of business processes, development or adjustment of process landscape, create missing documents and records in QM system, QM basic training of employees
Definition of all processes in the company with the process owners, determination of the scope and depth of documentation, creation and consolidation of QM documentation (manual, process descriptions or procedural instructions, work instructions, checklists/forms...)
Implementation of processes in the company, CIP team, corrective and preventative actions, management evaluation, internal audit, preparation for certification.
Accompaniment and support during certification audit, if necessary follow-up of minor deviations and/or recommendations
