In workshop, managers and process owners will learn how they can implement the requirements of the standard in practice and thus increase efficiency and customer satisfaction in their organizations.

This workshop focuses on sharing best practices and practical approaches for taking on the responsibilities that IATF 16949 provides for managers and process owners. Participants will be introduced to the core topics of process management, risk and opportunity management and the process-oriented approach, which are essential for the automotive industry. They gain in-depth insights into the structure of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 and are trained specifically in the chapters relevant to their areas of responsibility.

Concept & Methodology

The workshop is characterized by a dynamic mix of specialist information, group work and discussion rounds. This interactive approach enables participants to apply what they have learned directly to their own work situation and develop solutions to everyday challenges together with other managers.

Target group

The workshop is tailored for process owners in the quality management system as well as for members of the management level, such as managing directors, plant managers and department heads from production, development, purchasing and other relevant areas who are not active in the role of auditors.
