This practice-oriented seminar provides a compact overview of the current requirements of Formula Q – New Parts Integral (6th edition 2024) and prepares participants specifically for the expectations of the Volkswagen Group. They learn how to implement requirements reliably, identify risks at an early stage and improve quality processes along the supply chain in a sustainable manner.

• General regulations:
  Basics, objectives and integration of Formula Q – New Parts Integral into the enquiry and quotation process.
   
• Quality Technical Requirement (QTR):
  Determination of relevant scopes, creation of the QTR presentation and plausibility check of the quotation.
   
• Maturity level assurance:
  Maturity levels in the product development process, project setup, risk classification, implementation and evaluation.
   
• Series production capability verification:
  Procedure for verifying series production capability, including pre-check, process acceptance, performance test and documentation.
   
• PPF procedure:
  Contents and sequence of the product and process approval procedure, including documentation, sample delivery, evaluation and optimisation.
   
• Cooperation in PEP:
  Roles, interfaces and communication between suppliers and OEMs as the basis for quality, cost and on-time series approvals.
