Our training course "TopQM IMS Auditor for Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), Energy (ISO 50001) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001)" provides you with the knowledge and skills required to carry out an integrated management system (IMS) audit in a company. The training consists of a combination of homework assignments and live events over a period of three days.

This training provides comprehensive training for internal auditors who wish to specialize in IMS, covering both theoretical principles and practical application.

Seminar contents

The training lasts 3 days in total and is structured into 1 day of homework for preparation and 2 days of live training, hybrid - online or on-site.

Day 1 (homework from home): Independent preparation for the IMS audit

  • Preparation for the IMS audit according to the 10 HLS ISO standard chapters
  • Auditing according to the principles of ISO19011


Day 2 & Day 3 (live training (presence or online)

  • Introduction to the requirements and principles of the IMS audit
  • Overview of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
  • Principles of audit preparation
  • In-depth study of audit implementation and evaluation
  • Creation of a cross matrix for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
  • Practical exercises for conducting audits
  • Practical application and group work
  • Exchange of experiences among the participants
  • Group work to consolidate what has been learned
  • Conclusion and learning check
  • Discussion and feedback round

Learning objectives:

  • Understanding the requirements and principles of the IMS audit
  • Ability to prepare and conduct audits in accordance with ISO19011
