With Option 1, the responsible lead auditor performs the plausibility check and provides technical approval of the action plan. Only the Lead Auditor can perform this task, as they have gained a comprehensive understanding of the audited processes, interdependencies, and framework conditions on-site

The implementation phase begins only after this approval. This ensures that root cause analyses and corrective actions are based on a sound foundation and a shared understanding
