Our Mission and Vision

"Production manager and the quality manage rare natural enemies in a company. The focus of a production manager is on the quantity (production volume) while the focus of the quality manager is on the quality. In my previous career I worked in both positions and got to know both points of view. Based on that knowledge, I am convinced that both sides can be combined in a meaningful and harmonious way. This is exactly what we from TopQM- Systems are striving to achieve.

Our vision is for everybody to work worldwide with a meaningful quality standard and that a meaningful and standardized QM- system is established for everybody.“
