To further expand our global competency network in China, America and eastern Europe, TopQM- Systems continues to is look worldwide for suitable permanent employees and contractors.

A short profile is defined as follows:

• Auditors experienced with ISO 9001/ TS 16949 / VDA 6.3
• If possible, experience with the supply chain management in the automotive and / or aerospace industry 
• Experience with both crisis management and preventive quality planning 
• Confident, experience driven handling of APQP (FMEA, contingency plan, control plan, etc.), project management, PPAP and other standard methods of the automotive industry  
• Willingness to identify with the TopQM- philosophy and act upon it = "The customer is in the foreground in every situation!" 
•  Methodical and social competency in a sense of „Convey the knowledge in a suitable manner" and "Stay calm and act with sure instinct in crisis situations" 
• At a minimum speaking English and German 
• Willingness and enthusiasm for worldwide assignments
