We support you from the beginning and take over the project responsibility according to a specifically developed step plan with five project phases.  You can continue to concentrate on your daily business while we implement  the QM-System for you step by step within your company. 

I. Project Phase:  Discussion of the proceedings, organizational chart, targets, existing documentation, explanation of the QM and ASS, Action plan
II. Project Phase: Analysis of the business process landscape and examples of a process model, leadership processes, core processes, service processes
III. Project Phase: Presentation of all processes in the company by the process owner, compilation of the QM documentation.
IV. Project Phase: Training of employees, CIP teams, measurement-correction and prevention, presentation of the management system, internal audit.
V. Project Phase: Certification by an independent certification company, wrap-up of findings and/or recommendations.

If desired, we can continue to support your QM system after successful certification, e.g. internal audits, management review, preparation for certification, CIP, internal employee training, etc.
